I owned and operated a retail men's clothing store for 32 years. The store was built on personal attention and customer care. My staff not only knew the name of every returning customer but often their birthdays and names of their children. It was quite common for clientele to simply hang out; believe it or not, it was the "Cheers" of clothing stores.
Now, for the United Way, I coach and mentor a ten-person fundraising team on relationship-building and donor retention. Additionally, I rely on client care and personal relationships and have built a Long-Term-Care insurance business as an independent agent.
All of my business ventures - from laundromats to coffee shops - have been predicated on customer loyalty and confidence. My clients trust me and you should, too.
I'm a professionally-trained, certified coach and a true believer that you can accomplish bigger things if you put your mind to it. With an acute ability to listen and uncover new possibilities, I have found significant gratification in coaching. The promise of helping people overcome their challenges among professional anxieties and personal unrest defines my own career goals perfectly. I was born to coach.
